My first mandala for 2022. The theme is RESPAIR - an ancient word getting a revival these days. It is defined in the Oxford English Dictionary, from 1525, as fresh hope; a recovery from despair. The colors in this mandala also bring hope: purple for spirituality, imagination and wisdom; blue for trust, peace, honesty; pink for love, compassion, joy; and white for purity, innocence and hope. May 2022 fill us with the beauty and wonder of these colors, with fresh hope, and a recovery from despair. RESPAIR!
